Known issues
- Check-in times are strict. Missed check-in windows escalate immediately. Set schedules that match your patrol routes.
- Detection pauses during a phone call. iOS gives the camera to the call. Check-in timer pauses and resumes when you return.
- Dark sunglasses defeat detection. Heavily tinted or polarised lenses reduce detection accuracy. The app will alert you.
